This pendant is of Flemish design, reminiscent of the 14th to mid-15th century. I took artistic license in my choice of gemstones since more somber gemstones would have been used in period. We offer this piece in sterling silver, mounted with moonstones and drop pearls. 
Typically moonstones are photographed against a black background to bring out their color, but these are of such superior quality that their fiery blue iridescence is apparent even without benefit of that contrast. This piece comes mounted on a matching 18" chain.
